Captain Tucker McCombs checked in this morning. Today we caught our first White Seabass of 2017. We look forward to a productive year. The Outrider is currently operating out of Hooks Landing in Oxnard. They will be moving to 22nd Street during the Summer and then return back to Hooks in the Fall. Way to go Tucker!
