Good afternoon everybody.  With a full boat of eager anglers and beautiful weather we opted run up the front of Santa Rosa Island today.

The weather was really nice however a ripping current made for impossible conditions to fish effectively.  After trying a handfull of spots we had to make an adjustment.  Running down the island we were eventually able to get out of the current.  A couple spots late in the day made our day with some eager big Coppers and Reds as well as a few Lingcod. A big thanks to our group for sticking with it and to the crew for keeping such a good vibe on deck even when the fishing was slow.

Our 25 anglers ended the day with 45 Reds, 118 Copper Rockfish, 39 misc. Rockfish and 8 Lingcod.

The Coral Sea needs people to go 3/4 Day fishing tomorrow and has enough already for Wednesday.  The Stardust is going 1/2 Day fishing Tuesday and Wednesday with light loads.  Please call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 for reservations or visit our website to book online

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (805) 963-3564 to get in on the action
