Coral sea 3/4 Day trip

Good afternoon anglers.  We are heading back to the dock after what turned out to be an excellent day of fishing for us today with 24 anglers on board.

We started out looking in some shallower water again for lingcod and had very tough fishing for about an hour until we made a move out to deep water where we were lucky enough to find some hungry ones that bit very well.  Although it was deep our group did a great job and we were able to get what we needed pretty quick.  From there we checked a few other deep spots for rockfish finding a few nice coppers and reds but not quite the numbers we were hoping for.

Opting to try another area entirely we made a few mile move into the shallow water and were able to find some steady  fishing on rockfish with some whitefish as well as a few other mixed fishes.  Really a nice way to end our day as we had  good action until we headed for home.

Our 24 anglers ended the day with 216 assorted rockfish, 48 Ocean Whitefish, 1 Cabezon, 5 sheephead and 48 lingcod.

Both boats are full for tomorrow however the stardust has room for its 1/2 Day trip Monday and the Coral Sea may have a few openings for its 3/4 Day trips Monday-Wednesday.  Please call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 for a reservation or visit our website to book your spot online.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (805) 963-3564 to get in on the action
