We had another great weather day out here at our local 1/2 day area. We hit some shallow stones in the morning that produced quite a few ocean whitefish ranging in size. We fished around for a while looking for rockfish throughout the morning with small victories here and there. 

Later on in the afternoon we saw fishing pick up for the better and we caught some good red and brown rockfish with lingcod mixed in. We fished until we were it of time and called it a day just as the wind started to pick up.

For our 17 anglers we caught 100 rockfish, 48 ocean whitefish, 4 sheephead and 3 lingcod. The stardust will be running a privately chartered trip tomorrow but will be back 3/4 day fishing Thursday-Monday, book reservations now through our website or call the SEA Landing at 805-963-3564.
